Our compensation structure depends on the nature of
the task and we prefer aligning the compensation with
the incentive structure.
For training, lectures and direct consultancy we usually
suggest compensation by the hour.
For transactions we suggest a retainer and a success
fee.
For technology development and investments we suggest
a compensation, partially or in full, in equity, aligning
the value of our contribution with the success of the
investment.
